Help with spring rate and scaling my Nova

Trying to finalize my suspension on my 65 nova it is a Ridetech 4 link with Ridetech coil overs on the rear and a Detroit speed front clip with Afro since adj shocks.
I had the car on scales yesterday and it shows :

LF-1008
RF-988
LR-761
RR-828
Front is 55.6%-1192#
Rear is 44.3%-1586#
On the front I have 10" 400#
On the rear I have 12" 175#

Obviously I need bigger springs all around but what size? Car weighs 3723 with me in it.

you just need a few more simple measurements and you can use our spring rate calculator:

After a talk with Josh from Ridetech today we came up with 600# spring for the front and 275# for the rear. This should do the trick need to get this thing out for some track time!!
