1969 Camaro Pro touring 'Poser'
Yeah, i got that rap about it because my tires are too big and i will probably lose an amount of performance with them.....So be it!
I've been posting here and there about a few things and finally decided that LATERAL-G Is the place for me!!! So, the name is Leadfoot1, (i tought i'd done this...) i bought my Camaro less than a year ago and have completely thorn it apart (see my page to see what i mean by that :D ...) Its a first for me this deep in car building and i LOVE it. I had a full on pro street 67 before. (i saw killer customs is hiring...I'm in Montreal Canada and thinking of filling in an employment form!!!) I have many parts on hand for the project (the most recent last week, a 30k some miles LS1 out of a 98-Z with a 4L60 + all misc parts for 600$ running!!!!! 4L60 trans is for another car, T-56 on the way for the Camaro) I'm going with a complete custom rear (frame and all) to fit my poser 345-25-20's on 20 x 13 Wheels. 19's in the front. 10 point cage and custom connectors. I'm planning on a D1SC Procharger for motivation and a 12 bolt is in the shop already. Guys that have read a few of my threads will know i'm not decided on rear suspension set up but i can tell you all i'm almost done deciding....Art Morrison Tri 4 Bar frame (pre welded) with exhaust cut outs and fab 9. 12 bolt is advertised locally.....Putting pressure on myself here! Anyway, i love reading everyones ideas here and the cheering we get when we need it! Hope you like my project... http://www.racingjunkrides.com/view_ride/319/ (click under the rotisserie picture to see the album-30 pics hope link works...) Lead. |
