Anyone got a better deal than Jeg's on LS3?
 

I have to order one next week and looking around to see if any vendors here have a better deal than Jeg's. thanks.

Look for a coupon I saved 10% on the ls3 and t56 magnum your not going to get better than 10% off retail GM only sells them so cheap and wound discount below to vendors

Which LS3? I can usually get some good deals.. But they're super cheap with the 430hp model.

Customer was wanting the 525hp version, but all my looking shows the only difference between it and the 430 hp is the cam and valve springs unless I am missing something. Also going to buy a Supermatic 4l70e at the same time if that helps.

Yep you can buy a 430 and change the cam and. Cam say about 600 plus labor. So if you charge a couple hundred labor you'll end up saving about $500. I also believe you may have to tune after the cam change.

For the $500 savings you'll be giving up the GM warranty and taking it on yourself if it's a customer car.

False economy in my mind especially on a customer car
