What's a DSE dash used worth?
I have a gauge cluster that will require too much work to use with my racepak. It was previously used on a 69 that had a lot of gauges.
I'm looking to part ways with this one and buy a blank one to use for my new dash layout. Pics: http://i.imgur.com/ZonPFKm.jpg You can see why racepak will require a lot... http://i.imgur.com/WDknHYq.jpg |
That one would be just as easy to blank out with a new piece of metal and remove the dash pad extension and use a nova dash pad. Less than the cost of a new panel.

I thought to use nova dash it needed work on the right side as well. Not just removing the dash pad extension.

how much? interested

That's what this section is about. You tell me. Taking it to a body guy this week to see how much to just fix it.
|
To me something like that is worth half the cost of a new one at most.

Hey man you might hit up Billy @ B&B Classics. He has modified a few of these for race paks and Nova dashes. Might be willing to modify this one as well and is a DSE dealer also if new is needed.
Price wise I would think $375-400 would be pretty fair considering these are $625 + ship new |
Yea that's why i was checking to see interest and value. I'd hope someone would want it for it as it is. Agreed if someone wants to fix it i think it'd be better to just by new (that's what i'm considering!)
I would probably take half price on it. Checking options on fixing it. Making it work with a nova dash isn't as simple as just removing the dash extension, there is work needed on the right side as well. William |
