A/C for the long haul
I am at the point in making a final decision on to A/C or not to A/C.
I am a bit old school where A/C and heat not required for performance cars but it's not the 60's, 70's & 80's anymore and now considering a little luxury when stuck in traffic. My Concern is for those of you who have A/C is it still working like the day you installed it? Are you happy with it was it worth the investment and has it been reliable? I don't want to go to the effort and investment just to have something that won't do the job it is supposed to do when I need it. My build is 66 Nova coupe LS3, 5spd, Detroit Speed front and rear built to be a cruiser, track car and it will be a driver not a trailer queen. |
I wouldn't build a car without it.
1) you live in Georgia B) It's the only money you put into a build that pays you back on resale. III) It works so much better than a stock heater when it's cold out cuatro) you live in Georgia |

Nothing like getting on the highway, rolling up the windows and turning on the A/C.... |
Had my vintage air for 15 years on my camaro. No way would I have a car without it. Bought a notch mustang 2 yrs ago and putting the a/c back on because it's no fun to sweat your a$$ off in the summer
