Brushed bumpers

Anyone know the best way to achieve this? I have the yearone smooth bumpers front and rear, both currently painted orange. I want the rear to be brushed finish to match the hoops of my wheels.

Any suggestions?

Wheel hoop for reference.

I can get a better picture if required.

i brushed mine with scotch brite and wd-40, had complements but its not the best as getting a uniform finish. when i redo mine ill have them powder coated titanium or a nickle

Titanium may be a good option, to match the wheel centers... just trying to get a theme together to keep it looking good. Lot of orange, black and billet on the outside...
