Motivational books

I attended my all company meeting yesterday afternoon and was really blown away by the guest speaker. He spoke of team building, leadership, confidence and his organizations philosophy. Apperently I was in need of a pep talk! I left the meeting with a renewed sense of who I am and what I'm doing. As I read through the book that was handed out, I started thinking, what other literature should I be reading?
With the amount of leaders, business owners and masters of the universe that are active on this board, I thought I'd ask the question. What books are in your office or bookshelf at home that you think are worth the read?

The speaker, Kris Richard. Defensive Coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks
The book, Pete Carroll's Win Forever

First, are you wanting leadership or motivational?
Leadership
ANYTHING By John Maxwell. Ken Blanchard, Bill Hybels, Jim Collins, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnagie to name a few that are good.
Motivational
ANYTHING By Zig Zigelar, Tony Robbins, a few of the above guys and NICK VUJICIC will slap you around a bit too.

Don't know where your faith is, but there are some REALLY good biblical based books out there as well. I've been to the Willow Creek Leadership Summit a few times and it has always been really good. They have all sorts of high profile leaders that they are talking with and interviewing, both believers and non believers, all for leadership. https://www.willowcreek.com/about/

I got more if you're interested. :gitrdun:

It's complicated....lol!

All good info so far, Wooden's name actually came up in Coach Carrols book as well as Phil Jackson. The leadership and team building is something I'm interested in and have found just by reading the one book and asking questions, I'm more motivated. Win, win!

Wow...this list came to mind immediately, before I ever scrolled down to read any posts. These are all great authors. I have at least a couple of books from each in my library.
