This comes with the controller? is it drive by wire? What else would I need if I purchased.

Yes the controller is included. You'll need the gas pedal and some O2 sensors as far as I know.

What engine is the ECM set up for...LS2, LS3, LS7 truck, etc? Also, what MAF sensor and MAP style connectors are on the harness?

It's setup for an LS7. I don't know the answer to the other questions, sorry.

That's why I have the harness + speartech ECU priced so cheaply.

Retail it would be about $950 for harness and $400 for ECU. I'm selling for $700.

I'm not familiar with spear techs harnesses. Do they come with all relays and fuses to be a complete stand alone harness? I need it for an ls7, is it cable or wire throttle body? Stock tune on the ecm?

Hello - this is not a new Speartech harness. The ECM appears to be done by us, but this is certainly not one of our new custom wiring harnesses.
