T56 electrical connections?
 

Can anyone tell me what these plugs are? I think the one on the other side is for reverse lights correct?

I am pretty sure the one on the left is the skip shift switch (pink/green) and the VSS is on the right (purple/yellow). The reverse lockout solenoid is the one above the VSS, the round cylinder type switch. The reverse light switch is on the pass side. What is the trans out of?

Thank you. 2002 Camaro. Is VSS the speedometer sensor? If so, do I hook it straight up to the Dakota Digital box?

Yes VSS is for the speedo. Wiring info above is right.

Dakota digital should have some information on how to wire that up. I know my American Autowire update harness had wiring specifically for the VSS and for the connection to an electronic speedo.
