Found a seat option that doesn't work
 

Many of us are looking for a way to enjoy modern seat design in our old vehicles by swapping out the old for newer OEM seats.

I want to share with anyone looking at retrofitting late model Audi S5 seats in a first gen camaro that they will not fit. Too wide and too tall.

They are beautiful seats and supremely comfortable. They even have under seat lighting for the rear foot well - very cool.

Hopefully I can save someone who was thinking of the same swap the headache and expense.

I am back to the drawing board. Hopefully I can recoup some cost on these.

Just realized by cutting my post short it was open to being interpreted as sarcastic. I appreciate the info as these are good looking seats that I think someone else might try if it weren't for you doing the advance recon.
