Putting a Ron Francis and Speartech harness together

I am starting the wiring on my 69 Chevelle LS3-TKO600. I have a Speartech harness for the motor/trans and a Ron Francis Express XP-765 for the rest.
What do you do with the wires that go to the coil and the coil starter wire? Thanks

If I would have waited til Ron Francis was open I would not have had to post this question. Great customer service, easy answer to a guy who knows nothing about electricty. Thanks anyway.
