Frustrating can't find right thread pitch

Anyone know the thread pitch for a c4 c5 corvette steering rack? Pressure and return?
i can tell you M16 1.5 and m 18 1.5 is not the right thread ...

Low and behold it's a Ford rack in my Ch envy

I thought my entire setup was based off a corvette ... turns out the mustang rack has really convienant mounting boss s built in so builders use them frequently.....

M 14 m16 X 1.5 fit although the M16 threads on the rack need some love appear to be munged up, prob from overt tightening prior to me getting it

Cancel the order for the Heidts valve. It doesn't work and adds 8 more potential leaks. The flow control valve you pictured earlier is the right answer.

You want to limit volume, not pressure. The adjustable valve just bleeds pressure into the return hose and by the time you turn it down enough, you will have little assist at slow speeds.

The MII rack wants about 2 gpm and most GM pumps are 3 or more. The flow valves are just a fixed orifice of differing sizes. The 2 gpm has a smaller hole than the 3gpm.
