*Convertible floor brace for larger exhaust wanted.
 

I am going to be needing a replacement floor brace for my convertible so that I have the necessary clearance for aftermarket 2-1/2" exhaust. I would like to hear opinions of what is preferred, my car is a 69 Firebird convertible. I have been told to shy away from the PYPES spacers. I have been looking at the Hotchkis unit but wanted to dig a little deeper and ask for your opinions and perhaps someone has something they are no longer using and would part with. Thank You.

I used the Hotchkis unit on my 68 Camaro. It was nice heavy duty piece and gave the necessary clearance for 2-1/2" Exhaust
