Yeah, it would make a nice starting point. Just grind off that paint, ditch the interior and toss the motor. As nice as that car is, I don't think I would ever want something like that. Stock sux.

Not to hijack your thread Doug, but considering todays market you'd think a car that rare would've been restored as close to stock as possible.

Assuming that car has the original block, how much value is lost by selling it with the modifications listed?

Jody, Charley, Steve? Anyone care to guess?

I couldn’t agree more. If I was restoring a Yenko…..I’d put it back just as it was ordered from the lot. Match the papers. I’m no expert but I don’t think they had Garnet Red Yenkos?????

it's those kind of cars that makes me depressed i'll never be able to afford a real piece of history that made cars like today :rolleyes:
