Holley Sniper wiring with Vintage Air
I have a 69 Camaro with a 383. I installed the Vintage Air system for cars without A/C. I'm now in the process of putting the Holley Sniper EFI on my car. The Sniper has optional connections for increasing the idle when the A/C kicks on and another to shut off the air at wide open throttle. Has anyone wired this combo? I called Vintage and they said most setups connect to the 12 volt power for the idle increase but the Holley instructions say to connect to a ground triggered A/C relay. I've tried calling Holley but have given up sitting on hold several times for 30 minutes. Thanks!

Post your question to the holley forum, forums.holley.com. Lots of good answers to questions on there. I have a 67, 383 with vintage air and am HIGHLY considering the sniper setup as well and would like to know this answer. How I interpreted the instructions, the existing a/c relay would work, just add the wire from the sniper kit. Also, I'm in KC too. I wouldn't mind coming by to check out the installation.

Got a great explanation on the Holley forum for the idle up wiring. Thanks for the suggestion. A relay needs to be added. Still trying to figure out where to wire the WOT wire.
