Good luck finding one second hand. I think this was just released earlier this year. I purchased one in April, it took about 4 weeks to ship through Summit. It looks like they are currently showing 2 weeks for shipping.

Note that you need the fuel rail kit which is separate.

Also note, this is a Super Victor, not a Victor Jr. Not that is really matters, but it is a Super Victor. It's pretty tall, depending on your application, note the height.

This is probably more than you want to spend..... but it is the best single plane intake out. Designed for .700"+ lift cams and higher RPMs.....
