Camaro 67, offset and bs, front

Hello!
I know there is one million of these threads on forums about this... but still I'm not 100% shure.
I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of forgelines. I got some great support from them on the rear, so that's figured out.

But in the front: how have you other guys done? What is the recommended bs? How to measure properly?
I have wilwood brakes and on there website it's says it would change the offset with +19.

I do not have the fenders on, but I have the inner fender on. And when I'm looking at it, it doesn't feels/looks like the offset have changed when I'm trying my old wheels (also 18", 8" wide)
I don't have the car on the ground yet though.
so I'm little confused in what offset and backspace I should order my wheels in.

I do have ridetech level 2 kit and wilwood brakes. And it's 18" size I'm going for (forgeline cr3)

How wide of a wheel are you wanting to use, front and rear? If you are staying with 8" fronts?
