DSE Quadralink Control Arm Angles

I'm building a Dodge Challenger and a few years back I purchased a new DSE Quadralink 1st Gen Camaro rear suspension package with un-welded control arms from DSE. I never got around to installing it until now. The cars aren't all that different on wheelbase, etc. and with some fab work I can modify it to fit as others have done for non specific applications.

Can anyone with a Quadralink installed measure the angle of the lower and upper control arms at ride height (when the car is at ride height how many degrees up or down from level are the control arms) or if you know without measuring tell me the angles at ride height?

I can call DSE on this also if nobody can give me this info, but figure it would be easier to just ask here as I'm not sure they will give this info for a "universal" application.

Thanks in advance. Wes

Hey Wes,

Let me try..,

I plan to take the measurements later today.

I have a 68 Camaro with DSE quadralink that I personally installed.

It is a KILLER system and I want to help you get it right the FIRST time..,

You in?

Thanks 572Camaro! That would be a big help. I really appreciate. It's not a huge hurry so if you don't get to it today it's not a big deal.

I'm in Colorado.

Thanks, Wes

Hey Wes,

I drafted my wife and we just spent some time taking measurements for your future killer car.

I used a calibrated standard and took measurements with the car stable and a half tank of fuel.

Here are the results:

Left Upper DSE link = 0deg. (dead zero)
Left Lower DSE link = 2deg UP towards the front
Right Upper DSE link = .5deg DOWN towards the front
Right Lower DSE link = 3deg UP towards the front

Let me be clear, I am no suspension expert.
But this car hooks hard and drives well.

And if you get curious about the car I took measurements on, check out the pics of it from Chevy High Performance, March 2018. (sorry for the brag)

Thank you so much for taking the time to get me such detailed information. I really appreciate this a lot!!!! Now I can start to plot some mounting points for the control arms and such. Again thanks!! Awesome!

Your car looks great also. Beautiful.

Wes

Hey Wes,

Anything for a fellow Lat-G gearhead!

Please keep us posted as you make progress.
I personally would love to see pics of your quadralink install once you get there.

Fellow gearhead from Missouri,
