I have a partial TQ Arm rear suspension that they did and he hash;t been the most helpful at getting what I need to finish it. If anyone lives close by maybe we can work something out to get the hardware and small bits I need? Mainly missing, To Arm bushing, bell crank, all hardware, and whatever way he has the coilover mount to the axle housing. Does anyone know of someone I could PM or if you live close PM me if you;re willing to help.

Bummer. Jake has abandoned many customers at this point and I would not waste your time trying to get blood from that turnip.

I speak from experience, and can attest the same from others/friends. Sorry to report.

Maybe someone like Ron Sutton or another company with torque arm parts can help you out?

I thought I read somewhere (can't remember) that Jakes was sold off to a new owner but kept the name? It was said that they were going to make things right to wronged customers and continue the business?

Maybe that was just smoke and mirrors to get more customers money?

I had spoken to someone about that prospect last year too... not sure if anything ever materialized or if it is still in the works.

It's my understand that Jake sold off the designs to another company. Generally the way these things would work is he would sell of the designs/assets and close the business. That leaves anyone with claims or issues screwed as the business is gone (ie: the buyer didn't purchase any of the liability by only purchasing the assets).

I would second giving Sutton a ring to see if he can help get you parts. I'll offer a suggestion, since I have that torque arm in my car. If it's not installed, scrap the Watt's mount and talk to Sutton about one of his kits that allow you infinite adjustment on the Watt's bellcrank height. Jake's kit only has 3 holes to mount it, and that's pretty limiting from an adjustment perspective. I had my fabricator cut out the center of that and replace it with Ron's screw-type adjuster. Much more flexibility.

I just asked Ron about a 'kit' for that mount in one of his recent threads. When we replaced mine, we mounted it too high, and I can't quite get the pivot point low enough to adjust roll center as I want to. He replied that he offers the mount in kit form, which would work for you. Search my username for recent posts, and you should be able to find that pretty quickly...

Good luck.
