Alternator Question
 

Please excuse what is probably a dumb question but I’m not understanding what I’m seeing. My car was converted from externally regulated to internally regulated for my alternator. I’m in the process of cleaning up wiring, basically tracing everything, fixing poor connections and eliminating non essentials. My question is if I can eliminate the white and blue wires running to the alternator...they are attached to the 4 pin connector that isn’t attached to anything. Doesn’t this make them useless? Or am I not understanding something? Thank you very much.
