GC Cooling Smart Fan

Anyone got any experience with the GC Cooling Smart Fan? Im setting up the cooling system on a 69 Camaro (Procharged 427 LS) and an Auto Rad radiator and these look like a good alternative to controlling from the Engine Management system

I checked out their site real quick. It looks like their smart controller is set to kick the fans on at 150* at 1/2 speed and then full speed at 200*. Are those settings adjustable? Seems like the 150* is pretty low and would run the fans constantly. I would want an adjustable controller or PWM.
