Insurance
It is almost time to insure my 67 Nova. What insurance is affordable for a somewhat high end build?
I know there is Hagerty, which is expensive. Does Grundy have a good track record because their prices are 60% cheaper than Hagerty. |

I would also get a quote from LaRue Classics and Classic Collectors. |
LaRue for me.

I got a good deal from NCM on my 69 Camaro.

Thank you for the quick replies. I will contact these companies tomorrow.

We use American Collectors been real happy. They took care of our Chevelle after being in a house fire.

I use American collectors as well... reasonably priced and great reviews.

Understand track days
In 1997 I owned one of the first Superformance Cobras and could not find anyone willing to insure it. Then I found Heacock. When I talked to them, I explained that I bought the car from Bob Bondurant and planned on driving it, and doing some track days with PASA. I sent them proof of my driving school training at Bondurant, pictures of the car and I have been with them ever since. The gentleman I talked to, happened to have a Cobra replica also, and was driving on tracks in Florida, so he knew exactly what I was talking about. What good is it if you can't drive your car..... Its been a while, and things may have changed, but I have been satisfied with their service.
