Suggestions for - Battery shut off switch?

I want to add a switch to the negative battery cable(this is for anti-theft/storage reasons). Summit has 223 different switches to choose from. Can anyone suggest one that has served them well? I would prefer one that has a removable key if possible.

It won't have a key, but we offer a remote latching solenoid that utilizes a small momentary on/off button to latch and unlatch the solenoid for battery connection.

You can hide the switch and just have a simple button to hit when leaving the car.
