Question - why do you have a Watts Link & a Panhard Rod?

The black bar looks like a stabilizer to the driver's side watts link mount.

im pretty confident a local has bought it sometime ago and its undergoing a major overhaul, LSX 454, more suspension upgrades, Data logging, etc.
