Yes, that is retail price. It is brand new in the box, still shrink wrapped.

It was in a new build and bricked during a firmware update, I purchased a brand new unit to keep the project rolling and sent the original back to Holley. They could not repair it so they sent me a new one. I don't need it any time soon, so here it is for sale.
