Hopefully customer service is a little better now. I had to make some center caps for a gentleman last year as Fikse was not interested in helping him.

Yes, I'm familiar with the issues that have plagued this brand for the past few years... The folks that caused said issues are no longer around for that exact reason. Our sincerest apologies to you and the inconvenienced gentleman for that experience! That's BS.

If he's still in possession of those wheels, tell him to reach out to me if he wants some official Fikse center caps and we'll take care of him.
