Nice switches?
Where are you guys getting nicer switches for headlights, wipers etc?
Looks like plenty of push button for windows etc....but what about headlights and wipers? I've look at the ones from Ironworks, which are very nice.... not cheap...but very nice.... just not sure how they adapt to headlights and wipers etc...not sure how they wire up for that type of application Right now I have the big bulky stock headlight switch that came with the American Autowire HWY 22 kit.... just a standard GM pull type with like 8 wires coming out of it.... And the hideous and giant one that came with the Specialty Power wiper kit I got, which is a basic black turn knob... |

I dont have wipers on my car so no advice there, but i'm using buttons that match my push button start for the functions in my car. https://i.imgur.com/w7SmpWb.jpg Left to Right: Headlights, Dome Light, Holley Input (trigger switch), Line Lock [Steering Column] Start button |

check these out. may have what you are looking for. |
Bluewire Automotive is in Austrailia and they take forever to get back to you if you email them. They do have a dual speed push buttom wiper control
https://bluewireautomotive.com/produ...wiper-high-low as well as a dual function push button headlight contol https://bluewireautomotive.com/produ...ts-park-lights Keep in mind though, that although the wiper button has a low and a high speed, it does not have a park feature so wherever your wipers are at on the windshield when you turn them off is where they will stay. So you would basically just have to hit the button when your wipers are at the bottom of the cycle. |
https://billetautomotivebuttons.com has some nice button switches.

Will.....what switches are those?
Why are they all in AUS ? :) I'd prefer US just for shipping and easier customer support etc..... |

The buttons at the other sites are the same style, anti-vandal push button switches and i'm sure they're repurposed PC switches given that they're "control kit" is the voltage regulator that I was using on mine as well. Of note, my voltage regulator burned out and left me without headlights for LS Fest 2017. I took it out and they've been working fine since. |
I'm interested in trying to find some sort of switch to control my wipers, but I went with the RainGear system and the upgraded intermittent delay. Anyone know if it is possible to use something more visually appealing than the generic plastic knob it comes with?
