oh my. Heart broken.
I'm so glad I got to spend the time with him I did.

What else to say.

What a great guy who touched so many lives by simply being himself. I got to spend quite a bit of time with him in his shop where he operated like a real hot rod builder and will cherish those memories forever.

So sad. A truly great person. He had the incredible strength to live life to the end. God Speed, Greg.

So was I. Didn't know him personally and never met him. But, I'd send him a pm to call me and that is just what he'd do. Called and offered me good, sound advice. All in the name of being a genuine car guy and willing to lend a hand. Sad day!! But, let's focus and celebrate Greg and the life he lived of being a good man and friend. Glad to see he lived long enough to see his car finish and see it win the race last weekend. GOD truly has a mysterious way of working doesn't he? He knew how much that car meant to Greg and had enough mercy to not call him home until he saw it come to fruition.

RIP sir.

So sad. I'm glad he got that weekend a little bit ago with all his buddies and that car ran. I don't think I ever met him, but I always enjoyed his postings, he seemed so genuine and full of life.

My condolences to his family and all his friends.

I was in fear of this as well and prayed that this day would never come. What a guy, what a blessing, what a pleasure to have known him if only through this forum.

God Speed Greg Weld, I admired you from afar and your 40 Ford pickup build planted a seed in my heart and soul, absolutely love your truck and plan on building one similar as tribute to you and your vision. Thank you for being you Sir, thank you.
