This dual plane intake came on my HT383 crate engine, it is for Vortec heads, has EGR (with block off plate) and accepts both spread bore and squarebore style carbs. Comes with all plugs you see and the OEM thermostat housing but no thermostat. Just need gasket areas cleaned up, then bolt on and go.
