Panhard mounting

I’m installing a Speedtech torque arm in my 68 Torino.

The instructions state the panhard should be parallel with the ground at ride height.
I’m curious if the panhard bar should also be parallel with the housing? Looking at many pictures of the torque arm on Camaro’s and Nova’s it appears it is slightly angled away. I assume this is due to the coil over spring clearance.

I called SpeedTech too late today to discuss.
Any thoughts?

BTW I’m upside down on the rotisserie so I am trying to get as accurate as I can.

In a perfect world, yes, it would straight and perpendicular to the centerline of the car.

A little angle is a non issue if it solves a packaging issue for you.
