Thinking of selling my engine

I am thinking of selling my SBC engine and TKO 5 speed to make room for something new. Engine is fresh off the rebuild from CMP engines and built by Mike DuSold. My question is I am not sure what something like this would go for. I am listing the invoices and details of the build below. The whole process cost me roughly 13k for the engine alone.

I want to sell it as a package with the clutch as well which is also brand new. As you can see on the dyno sheet it has just been tuned and broken in. Rich Bermea originally put the car together and did a fantastic job with it. Please let me know yalls thoughts.
