67 Camaro Build
Hey. Ryan in the Bay Area California. I picked up a 67 Camaro freshly media blasted and epoxy primered. All the sheet metal looks really good with the exception of the driver quarter panel and trunk area. I have reproduction steel for those areas and will be doing that along with a mini tub kit since the car is all apart anyway.
Going with an L86 8L90. I did a test fit with the drivetrain and everything fits great, so onward with the sheet metal. |

Welcome to Lat-G.
Love your project Body looks very clean What are you thinking for color and wheel selection? Thanks for sharing |
The 8L90e fit the tunnel with no mods? Do you know what the driveline angle is? I would thin with factory frame, engine sits high, and the tunnel being factory / 8l90e being big, it'd have to be down a bit.
Looks like an excellent start to this project and looking forward to updates |

Since my motor is a 2015 and the L83 L86 harness is pretty much identical, I used the L83 LT1swap.com guide to modify my harness myself. Great guide with lots of pictures. It took about an entire day but saved me around $600. I used a current performance ls fuse block which ran around $150.
