Located smack dab in the middle of SF and Sacramento, in need of an LS3 rebuild, looking for recommendations.

Talk to Matt at GP tuning. He's probably the best LS tuner on the west coast. I'm sure he knows who to talk to.

I've had many LS engines built by Joe's Engine Shop in Concord. Small shop.... but they also built my buddies 1800AWHP twin turbo GTR R35 engine and it never sh*t the bed with LOTS of abuse.

They have done stock LS motors for me, 416, LS2, 441 and a couple LS9 motors. Clay runs the place.
