Strange question?
 

Anyone have any feedback on running the aluminum Strange 9 inch center sections for extended mileage? I would like to run one in the Cougar for lighter unsprung weight as well as it being able to run a little cooler than the iron stuff. My floater has 31 spline axles and I feel the 3.062 bearing unit should hold up well for my usage. That usage being the standard Optima stuff with around 550-600 HP with an auto trans.
