Question for those who installed LS1 brakes on first gens
 

Got the brackets cut out, and the drum spindles. I read on the Pozzi website where you machine 3/16 off the top mounting surface, but when I square the new bracket on the bottom hole surface, looks like only a 1/16" needs to come off the top for it to sit square on bottom and top surfaces? What have you guys run into on this?
