John, I've sent you an email, called more than once, used your chat bot on your webpage and contacted you through Paypal requesting a refund and have not received a response other than my order from 9/13/24 is pending which is from your chat bot. I finally gave up and just filed a claim with Paypal.

Hopefully Paypal will make me whole - glad it wasn't a big order.
