345/30-20 or 345/35-19" s ?

I am looking for an similar looks for my 1969 C10 as Level 7 "capone" Wich has 345/35-19"s at rear. Is there any benefit going 19" or 20" tires Like availabilty for tires street and track? I have not ordered wheels yet.
