Does Anyone Know Why Its Getting Hard To Find A 502 And Why Chevrolet Says They Are On National Back Order With No Date. Are They Going To Stop Producing It??

From what I was told is they are having supplier and quality control issue's with them.And are not going to sell any tell they get these issue's resolved.

Look around boat shops that do performance work, mercury marine and volvo were the largest purchasers of them and mercruiser still uses them on a couple models, call Scott Price or Mike at cp performance in Rohnert park 800-225-9871 If he says call jeff tell him in not selling any. There are alot of reasons they get on back order the worst I remember was when the new tooling was being done for the 8.1 and production always comes before play also the big guys all 3 are having other problems as well. Also I think you are in OR check sundown marine I think they are in Pasco good luck Jeff

Also call Jason Vriens 801-521-2002 he had some Im not sure if he still does I know he has a few ls of all variations.
