The G-maro is almost complete
Hey guys,
Ive been lurking around for a while, mostly listening and learning. I started this project a little less than 2 years ago and it required a lot of metal work. My son and I honed our welding skills on this car and it was a great learning experiance. The car has all the DSE stuff, mini tubs/coil relocation uppers and lowers /shocks and steering gear/ 3" drop etc. We went with a mowtown 427 allum. heads a tko-600 and a moser 12 bolt shortened to accommodate the 315s. Anyway I thought you guys would like to see it and thanks for all the support this site has given me, Im amazed at the craftmanship and knowledge you guys have. THANKS Rich http://img334.imageshack.us/img334/7...2431ms1.th.jpg http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/9...2425le0.th.jpg http://img334.imageshack.us/img334/8...2426al4.th.jpg |
Looks great, homebuilt cars are my favorite! Anyone with enough money can "buy" their way into this hobby. Its great that you and your son both learned from this project, now you can go enjoy it now that its done  Any other shots of the car?
