Door Handles

I am wanting to do this to my camaro door handles. I saw this picture from the resto rides Camaro, and said, yeah that's it.

Has anyone done modification, and what or how did you do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Late model yes, but you'll have to look around to find the right ones. Seems a lot of new cars don't have a passenger side door lock cylinder.
