REAL hard Brake pedal...Help!

I've got stock 70 Camaro disks up front, 79 TA disks in the rear and a manual brake 68 Vette MC (1-1/8 Piston). The peadal is hard as a rock. Any suggestions? Thanks, in advance.

The master cylinder might be a little bit too large for the pressure to volume ratio that your brake set up requires. A change to a smaller bore would help...

For a manual application, 1.125" is WAY too big. You need to be in the 0.875-1" range, assuming you have a pedal ratio of 6:1 or more.
