Traditional Springs/Shocks vs. Air Shocks?

Hello All:

Once again, I've read too many articles on Springs/Shocks vs. Air Shocks. I would like an adjustable suspension that is smooth for everyday driving, and can be adjusted to have a road race worthy car on the weekends.

What would be the best way to go, and why?

Once answered, Who are the best suppliers of these types of products?

Thanks,

tyoneal

Sounds like you need AirRide Technologies Shockwave 3.0 system!!!

To my knowledge ART is the only company that makes an adjustable suspension for muscle cars. I am not going to beat a dead horse here if you want adjustabilty with a nice ride ART is for you.

How do you want it adjustable too,rebound/compression in the shock, ride height adjustable.

A coil over will do,as well as an air ride system.

as far as a air shock that's 70's crap and long forgotten.
