Update on LT-4 turbo project
 

Hey guys, just thought id let you all know, I started on the LT-4 i wanted advice on a few weeks back, the choice of manifolds were Schwartz extreme performance. and the turbos we have decided upon are some 57's (T4 garrett) juat a step down from a 60-1, allong with some turbosmart wastegates.. cant wait to start bolting up stuff...

we felt that the smaller turbos were a good choice as quick spooling was more inportant than crazy power in a 2500 lbs 31 roadster with full independent suspension and 275/60-15 drag radials.. (there is still enough lung in the 57's to make 500 Hp a piece..)

ill post some pics oncve the stuff arrives, but the service so far has been just awesome and jeff is a great help on the phone 2 thumbs up!

Sounds good man. I plan on doing a turbo setup next fall and I want to use the schwartz manifolds as well.

Do you know how big the inlet and outlet on the 57s are?

i will post some pictures once i have them in my hands.. and ofcourse some measurements as well, ill tru and do a thread in the updates section and document the transformation from stock lt4, to forged and headed twin turbo 31 roadster...
