Check this out... Moose at Rad Rides by Troy redefines "block sanding"... he literally block sanded this aluminum Ford block as part of the deburring process. He did the heads and front cover as well - the whole thing looks like this. It's killer.

I guess we will all see it in Detroit, huh? I heard this car will set some new standards in the Street Rod world. We'll see if they can pull off winning the Ridler. They seems to accomplish everything the set out to do.
