Are the RAIII and RAIV heads round port or D-port? Thanks for the info.

RAIII are d-ports. RAIV are round. RAV are round and extremely big.

If you own a complete set of Ram Air IV heads they are worth 2,000 - 3,000g's.
If not the better deal is Edelbrock alum. heads anyways.

Another option is replacement d-ports from KRE. Also, there is a new player in Roland racing. They are coming out with a canted valve version that is similiar to a yates-ford design. check out at:
