rear sway bar? good or bad
 

I dont see many 1st gen camaros with rear sway bars. Is it frowned upon? Does it prevent the car from launching well? Can I hear some pros and cons?

From what I've heard on leaf spring cars it is not required and makes the rear too stiff.
