Yes it's a scam, do not bid on it, and when you see "buy it now" for a lot less then it's worth, then report it too there online chat department. The more people that do this, the quicker these can be taken off and new blocks put in for the worthless, jobless thief’s that try and steal people's money. If you look closely, they are taking copies of the current auctions and putting it as their own.
