Can't get the chat room to work

Well I think something is up with my computer. I can't log onto Pro-touring or Lateral-g chat rooms. When I click on the chat room it shows the small X in the corner. Anyone have a clue why it won't let me log on? I have cookies adjusted to accept anything, but it still won't.

Need Help.
