Second gen Camaro Marquez door panels
My silver bullet camaro project is done - Marquez Design did the door panels and they look perfect.
You can check them out here (the picture is toward the bottom of the page): http://www.classicchevy5speed.com/Si...et-Camaro.aspx. Thanks Marquez |

The entire project is amazing, nice job. I do love the door panels too, wish I had a set for my 2nd gen.

The door panels came as fiberglass molded parts - no covering on them.
They needed to be drilled for door lock knobs and handles. I bought some aftermarket/universal door pull cups and I am uusing electric windows so I did not need to cut for a window crank. I needed to fabricate a bracket to attach the door panel to the door (behind the door pull cups). I had them covered in leather by my upholstry guy. They fit really nice and look great. I have some pics on our website: http://www.classicchevy5speed.com/Si...et-Camaro.aspx. For those in So Cal the car will be at th eGood Guys in Del Mar in two weeks. It is supposed to be on the cover of SuperChevy in the June or July issue so you can check it there in more detail. |
Great website you put together documenting the car, it came out top notch. You should be proud!!!!!!!!!!:hail:

Well it's time to move on to the next project so I will need to sell this one. If you know of anyone who might be interested, let me know. I am not sure what it is worth but I know I have more into it than I will get out of it (as always happens).
