LQ4 Longblock
 

I found an LQ4 longblock local (lost wages). The salvage yard wants $650. for it. The problem is it had a fire. Neither one of us is sure if it was an engine fire or electrical, but i think it was engine. How much should I offer the guy or is his asking price fair?
